Principal Engineer, Application Platforms – Head of Engineering

CTO Platform Engineering & Architecture (CTOp), within the CTO, builds next-gen application and AI platforms that cut toil through open-source and automated controls, so teams ship code (and containers) faster, safer and more reliably.

This hands-on Principal Engineer - Head of Engineering role leads Application Platform Engineering in partnership with the Head of Application Platforms, owning outcomes end-to-end from strategy and roadmap to transparent governance and predictable delivery.

You’ll combine big-picture platform architecture with hands-on implementation to drive ~80% migration to the standard platform and consolidate six hosting platforms into one resilient, well-controlled estate, strengthening observability, operational readiness and measurable engineering standards.

What we offer:

The pay range for this role is 32,967.00-49,450.00 PLN.

Additional car allowance in the amount of 7,397.00 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
