Your responsibilities
- Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
- Work closely with actuaries, pricing analysts, software engineers, solution architects, and business teams.

Our requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in insurance pricing, actuarial modeling, or pricing analytics.
- At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, data science or any related field.
- Good understanding of GLMs, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience working with insurance pricing data and building risk models.
- Practical experience with Python or R for data analysis and model development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Great command of the English language (at least C1), being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.
Optional
- Hands-on experience with pricing engines (for example Earnix, PricingCenter, or hyperexponential (hx)).
- Experience in system analysis.
- Team leadership skills and management experience.
- Additional languages.
- Willingness to work with international clients and travel occasionally (up to 50% of working time when required).
