Power Platform Governance Lead (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Governance Lead to own and drive the governance framework for the Power Platform environment across the organization. In this role, you will ensure platform integrity, regulatory compliance, and secure development at scale for both citizen and professional developers. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to shape solutions and governance standards.

Your tasks

• Owning and evolving the governance framework for the Power Platform environment across the organization
• Defining and enforcing tenant-level governance policies using PPAC, CoE Starter Kit, and Managed Platforms
• Overseeing and coordinating environment strategy, licensing, capacity management, and ALM processes
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with security standards, GDPR, and internal audit requirements
• Collaborating and supporting business stakeholders and IT teams in gathering requirements and shaping solutions
• Maintaining and developing the Center of Excellence and representing Power Platform in governance forums
• Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies, especially Power Platform
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

Experience working with Power Platform Admin Center and managing platform environments

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and system integrations
• Understanding of security, compliance, and platform governance principles
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English (B2/C1 or higher)
