RequirementsAt least mid-level professional experience in a PMO or similar project coordination / project support role

  • Previous experience within Banking, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) – this is a must-haveVery good understanding of project governance, reporting and project delivery processes
  • Hands-on experience with project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, action tracking and project documentation
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic project environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working with international teams and stakeholders at different levels of seniority
  • English at C1 levelNice to haveGerman or French at B2 level or higher
  • Experience in large-scale transformation, technology, regulatory or business change programmes
  • Knowledge of common project management methodologies and tools
  • Your responsibilities
  • Supporting Project and Programme Managers in the day-to-day delivery of complex international projects and programmes
  • Coordinating project activities, milestones, deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, status reports, dashboards and management presentations
  • Tracking risks, issues, actions and dependencies (RAID) and ensuring appropriate follow-upMonitoring project progress against agreed timelines and identifying potential delays, risks or blockers
  • Supporting project governance processes, including steering committees, project boards and regular status meetings
  • Preparing meeting materials, agendas, minutes and action logs, and coordinating follow-up activities
  • Coordinating communication between project teams, business stakeholders and senior management
  • Supporting resource and capacity planning across projects
  • Supporting budget tracking, financial reporting and forecasting where required
  • Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with established PMO standards and governance processes
  • Supporting change management and project reporting activities
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, reporting standards and ways of working
