Your responsibilities

  • Website audits: tagging, GA4, load speed, structure; scope rebuilds if needed
  • Measurement: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM discipline, conversion tracking; rebuild client's analytics
  • Capture baseline metrics before fixes
  • Build a dashboard consolidating email, paid, LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns with leads
  • CRM plumbing to make lead source visible through to closed-won
  • Manage paid campaigns: Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta and Instagram for consumer client
  • SEO: technical and on-page work on WordPress, schema markup, Search Console
  • AI-SEO: get clients' branded ingredients cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews and measure effectiveness
  • Manage email systems: lists, segmentation, deliverability, automation
  • Monthly reporting to a senior client-side stakeholder

Our requirements

  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager, hands-on; conversion tracking and attribution
  • 3–5 years in performance marketing, digital analytics, or similar hands-on role
  • Meta and Instagram Ads
  • One paid platform run end-to-end on a real budget
  • Experience building reports or dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent
  • SEO fundamentals, including technical audits
  • Worked with a CRM (Zoho, Copper, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Computer-savvy: domains, DNS, tracking codes, tags, how plumbing fits together
  • Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) used daily
  • English good enough for an hour-long call and to write clear work messages
