About this role

Payroll isn't just about cutting checks—it’s about the data integrity that keeps the whole engine running smoothly. As our Payroll Compliance Specialist, you will be the guardian of data accuracy for our German payroll operations.

Based in one of our collaborative HR Hubs in either Germany or Poland, you will bridge the gap between stakeholder inputs, technical integrations, and flawless execution. If you have an analytical eye, a knack for spotting data discrepancies before they become issues, and a desire to optimize workflows, this role is for you.
