We are looking for an Outreach Marketing Specialist to join our Digital PR Team based in Poland, focusing on the Spanish and Brazilian markets. ABOUT THIS TEAM

Sitting in our Marketing Department, the Digital PR team works to raise brand awareness of BOLD brands through earned media. We collaborate with content and SEO teams to amplify brand presence in different international markets, including the UK, France, Poland, Germany, Spain, Brazil, and Italy. Our mission is to secure meaningful media coverage, build high-quality backlinks, and position BOLD brands as trusted voices in the career and job search space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Media Relations & PR Strategy

Own and direct the PR and outreach calendar in Spain and Brazil, aligning with SEO and marketing objectives.

Write, edit, and pitch press releases, guides, surveys, and expert-driven content to Spanish and Brazilian journalists and industry websites.

Develop and foster relationships with key Spanish/Brazilian reporters, bloggers, and influencers to secure earned media coverage.

Translate and adapt US-based Digital PR content for the Spanish/Brazilian audience, tailoring messaging to local media and cultural context.

Proactively identify PR opportunities based on market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights.

Outreach & Digital PR

Execute targeted outreach campaigns that generate press coverage and authoritative backlinks.

Balance Digital PR campaigns and traditional link-building to maximize visibility and impact.

Collaborate across PR, SEO, and content teams to create high-value assets that attract coverage and links.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track outreach success rates, backlink acquisition, and press coverage.

Deliver regular reporting on earned media wins and link performance, with insights for optimization.

Provide quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED3+ years of media relations experience.

Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

Deep understanding of the Spanish/Brazilian media landscape, PR trends, and best practices.

Strong writing, editing, and research skills, with attention to detail.

Familiarity with SEO principles and PR platforms such as BuzzStream, Cision, Pitchbox, or Ahrefs.

Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

Strong track record of pitching and securing Spanish/Brazilian press coverage is a plus.

Familiarity with SEO principles, experience with traditional backlinking.
