For our client IFS operating in the maritime catering industry, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support catering operations for vessels worldwide. This is more than just an operations role – it's an opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing global organisation. What You'll Do As an Operations Officer, you will support and coordinate catering operations for vessels operating around the world. You will work closely with suppliers, vessel crews, and ship owners to ensure high-quality service and seamless daily operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor vessel orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers, captains, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Act as a key point of contact for vessels, suppliers, and ship owners
  • Build strong relationships with clients and operational partners
  • Monitor vessel budgets and onboard consumption
  • Verify invoices, inventories, and daily meal reports
  • Maintain accurate operational and financial data within internal systems

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
