The Jit community will bring you a nice time during regular integration meetings ProjectWe are looking for an IngestOps Engineer who will be responsible for ingesting and maintaining data sources within a Hadoop environment using the ARC Ingestion Framework. You will prepare and test configurations for new data sources, support their deployment, and maintain sources already running in production. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting ingestion-related issues and ensuring the reliability and stability of data ingestion processes. Responsibilities you'll have

• Preparing and maintaining configurations for data source ingestion using the ARC Ingestion Framework
• Testing and validating ingestion configurations before deployment
• Supporting the onboarding of new data sources into the Hadoop environment
• Monitoring and maintaining data sources already running in production
• Troubleshooting ingestion issues and identifying root causes
• Working with Linux/Unix environments and command-line tools
• Supporting CI/CD processes using Jenkins Expected competences and knowledge
• Hands-on experience working with Unix/Linux environments
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Practical experience with Git
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with different applications, configurations, and technical environments
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment
• Good communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
