As we expand our Operations team, we are looking for an ambitious Operations Co-ordinator to join our Polish branch of the company. We are looking for an organised operations co-ordinator to support the opening of a new Warsaw office in Poland. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of Test Driven Solutions’ Warsaw office, covering administrative, client documentation and facilities functions. This role will oversee daily office operations, employee and client onboarding activities, office facilitation and equipment, while providing administrative support to the CEO. Responsibilities:

Manage administrative aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, assets and documentation. Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management. Manage vendor relationships. Maintain an orderly, safe, and productive office environment. Coordinate meeting rooms, events, office communications, and travel arrangements. Plan and organise team social events and employee engagement activities for the Warsaw office. Oversee physical security systems (access cards, keys, visitor management). Provide administrative and diary support directly to the CEO. Manage administration of client documentation, including correspondence and onboarding, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain accurate records aligned with document control requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in office management or office co-ordination. Experience with employment documentation. Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Familiarity with Polish employment and administrative practices is an advantage.
