Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio Specialist

We are looking for a Copilot Studio Specialist to join a small team delivering solutions for a global biotechnology company specialising in immunology and treatments for severe autoimmune diseases. The team is responsible for deploying and extending Microsoft 365 Copilot and building custom agents in Copilot Studio. The scope covers configuration, integration with enterprise data, data protection controls, user enablement and adoption tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and extend custom agents using Copilot Studio.
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Configure connectors to enterprise data sources.
• Implement Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls.
• Support user onboarding, training and enablement.
• Track adoption and usage of deployed solutions.

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience building custom agents in Copilot Studio.
• Experience connecting Copilot solutions to enterprise data.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and DLP controls.
• Experience supporting user enablement and tracking adoption.
