Belmoney is a Belgian fintech company operating in the international money transfer (remittance) space. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow the Belmoney brand, acquire new customers, and support our growth across international markets.

What you'll do

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels
Develop and manage content for our website, social media, email, and other customer-facing channels
Work on customer acquisition and retention initiatives
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns together with external partners or internal teams
Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve marketing activities
Work with Product and Design teams on landing pages, campaigns, and customer communications
Support SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media activities
Help develop and maintain Belmoney's brand and communication guidelines
Research competitors, markets, and customer segments to identify new growth opportunities
Coordinate marketing activities across different markets and customer audiences
Work with external agencies, freelancers, and other marketing partners when needed
Understand, measure and present major marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, CPL, Payback, Churn, etc.)

What we're looking for

3+ years of commercial experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or technology-driven company
Experience with digital marketing and customer acquisition
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Good understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of projects
Strong analytical and creative thinking
Comfortable working with Product, Design, and other cross-functional teams
Willingness to relocate to Madrid (Alcobendas), Spain - required
