Your responsibilities Coordinating international and domestic deliveries of equipment and materials for our energy projects, Managing and monitoring shipments from China and other international markets, Maintaining day-to-day communication with suppliers, freight forwarders and transport companies, Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively resolving delays or logistics issues, Coordinating deliveries in line with project schedules and business priorities, Managing and verifying shipping and delivery documentation, Supporting customs clearance and import-related processes, Providing internal teams with regular updates on order and delivery status, Working closely with Procurement, Project Management and other teams involved in project delivery, Supporting the continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes. Our requirements Experience in logistics, international transport, freight forwarding, supply chain or delivery coordination, Experience in coordinating international shipments, Very good command of English – required, Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities simultaneously, Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills, Good communication skills and confidence in working with international suppliers and business partners, Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, Experience working with Chinese suppliers and/or coordinating shipments from China, Knowledge of import procedures, customs clearance and international shipping documentation, Experience in the energy, renewable energy, construction or technical sector.
