Local Operation Manager

Your responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end websites content roadmap and publishing calendars. Create and update website content (articles, pages, product descriptions, assets) using Drupal CMS templates and components and ensure it goes via the WebOps publishing and QA process.

Apply on-page SEO best practices to new and existing content (metadata, headings, internal linking, and readability).

Manage content requests from intake through approval to go-live, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Support product launches and commercial campaigns, ensuring content readiness, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Implement gamification content in Playable platform for IQOS Club, configuring all gamified contents and ensure content consistency and connection to back office tool.

Incident management for loyalty, solving incidents in-house through back office or filtering to scale to IT team for further investigation.

Our requirements

Spanish fluent speaking & English C1 level required.

Hands-on experience managing website content in Drupal (other CMS experience is acceptable) and basic knowledge of HTML.

Solid understanding of SEO on-page best practices and strong attention to detail.

Comfortable using Excel & PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of Figma.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel in a fast-moving environment.

Experience collaborating with global teams and external agencies.

Baseline SEO knowledge.
