Role: Linux Engineer
As a Linux Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and securing Cantor Fitzgerald’s mission‑critical Linux infrastructure. This position requires strong technical expertise, hands‑on experience with enterprise Linux environments, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced global organization. You will support day‑to‑day operations, contribute to engineering initiatives, and ensure the availability and performance of our systems across data centers, virtualized platforms, and hybrid cloud environments.
As part of our ongoing evolution, we are actively leveraging Artificial Intelligence and modern tooling to automate, streamline, and improve the efficiency of our infrastructure and operational processes. We continuously explore solutions (including Copilot and similar technologies) to reduce manual effort, enhance automation, and enable smarter system management. We are looking for engineers who are curious about AI, open to innovation, and motivated to improve how work gets done through technology.
