Role overview:
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply executing assigned tasks. This role is ideal for a person who naturally identifies opportunities for improvement, builds scalable processes, and takes responsibility for ensuring our legal operations run smoothly. We value initiative, autonomy and a proactive approach to solving problems. This is a hybrid role based in our Wrocław office, ideally with three days per week on-site.
Requirements:
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage end-to-end legal processes
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, including building relationships and communicating directly with external clients
- Process-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset – identifying inefficiencies and proactively designing, implementing and optimizing legal workflows
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain clear documentation and ensure proper contract lifecycle management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities change frequently
- Business-oriented approach with the ability to balance legal risks and commercial objectives
- High level of accountability, reliability and self-managementA completed university degree in LawFluent written and spoken English (C1)
Fluent written and spoken Polish (C1)
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Delivery and Operations teams
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in communicating with senior management and external partners
Experience with contract management systems (or willingness to implement and improve them)
Responsibilities:
Own and continuously improve the company's legal operations and contract management processes
- Develop, document and maintain legal templates, playbooks, internal procedures and best practices
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including preparation, negotiations, execution, archiving and renewals
- Ensure accurate contract administration, documentation and maintenance of legal records
- Coordinate administrative activities related to contracts and corporate documentation
- Support client communication related to contractual matters and act as the primary legal point of contact during negotiations
- Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines and renewals to ensure compliance
- Identify recurring legal issues and proactively implement scalable solutions and process improvements
- Work closely with Finance, Sales and Delivery teams to streamline internal workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks
- Maintain ownership of legal tools, repositories and documentation standards
