For our client we are looking for a candidate for the position of Learning System Specialist (LMS) with German (K/M).

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end operational administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring high data quality and accurate maintenance of learning records and reports

  • Generate and analyze reports to deliver insights on LMS performance and support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize learning processes
  • Collaborate with HR and support teams to address employee inquiries (second-line support) in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage the full lifecycle of LMS activities, including:

Creation and maintenance of training items following appropriate validation

  • Uploading and testing of e-learning content
  • Manual assignment of training outside automated rules
  • Scheduling and administration of classroom and virtual training sessions
  • Handling registrations, cancellations, and late changes in coordination with stakeholders
  • Tracking attendance and maintaining accurate learning histories, including data corrections where needed
  • Support audit activities and partner with internal teams to prepare and deliver required reports
  • Coordinate training logistics, including sending invitations and tracking attendance, as well as monitoring mandatory completion rates
  • Identify, track, and implement process improvements in alignment with global standards and organizational guidelines
  • Requirements:2-4 years of professional experience, including hands-on experience with LMS administration
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights
  • Good understanding of HR processes, tools, and employee experience practices
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracyA continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in innovation and emerging technologies (e.g., AI)

Strong collaboration and communication skills in an international environment

  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Solid knowledge of LMS tools and systems, along with critical thinking and business awareness
