Lead Analytics Consultant

You will be:setting up, documenting, and propagating new processes (including Data Governance),testing different tools and suggesting new ones, building internal reports to monitor data processes, providing recommendations for internal tools development, monitoring trends in data to come up with new use cases. Your profile:experience in cooperation at leadership/management level – collecting requirements, providing recommendations, translating business needs to data products, proficiency at data modelling (Kimball),experience in developing full data pipelines at scale (terabytes) – from ingestion, through modelling, to reportsinterest/experience in concepts like: data governance, data mesh, self-service analytics, AI, expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, dbt, and Databricks (experience in Unity Catalog would be nice to have),strong communication skills and ability to work across teams, fluent in English and Polish.

This is a highly collaborative effort. You will spend a lot of time on conceptual work, but from time to time you will get your hands dirty with code. So technical skills are a must.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
