Launch Plant Manager (f/m)

Responsibilities:lead end-to-end delivery of projects related to the construction, expansion, and modernization of logistics and fulfillment centers, develop, manage, and monitor project schedules while coordinating all phases of project execution, manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate the work of contractors, suppliers, and external partners, track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery, oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, represent the company in interactions with contractors, suppliers, and external partners throughout project execution, coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams running simultaneously, ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and Health & Safety (HSE) requirements, provide leadership and hands-on support in resolving technical and organizational challenges when needed. Profile:bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related technical field, proven experience managing large-scale capital, infrastructure, or industrial projects, experience in project planning, resource allocation, schedule management, and budget control, strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams, ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic project environment, excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, fluent English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in an international environment, willingness to travel as required to support project execution.

Nice to have:professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent),experience delivering projects related to manufacturing facilities, warehouses, fulfillment centers, or other large industrial investments, knowledge of startup, commissioning, and go-live processes for new facilities.
