Junior Project Manager

We are partnering with our client to build a talented team supporting a variety of internal and client projects. As a Junior Project Manager, you will work alongside experienced Project and Programme Managers, helping coordinate projects, keep things moving, and learn how complex international initiatives are delivered.

Please note: This is a full-time project with a 1-year contract duration.

Your key responsibilities

Prepare meeting notes, action logs, decision trackers and workshop documentation.

Support requirements gathering, user story drafting and acceptance criteria documentation.

Maintain Jira / Confluence pages, RAID logs, deliverable trackers and status inputs.

Support process documentation, test script preparation and defect follow-up.

Prepare PowerPoint and Excel materials for project and workstream meetings.

Coordinate simple follow-ups with EY and client stakeholders.

Support quality checks, document formatting and evidence collection.

Skills and attributes for success

Strong organization, attention to detail and documentation quality.

Good communication skills in English.

Ability to learn financial services processes and project delivery methods quickly.

Basic familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and collaboration tools.

Positive attitude, ownership mindset and willingness to support multiple streams.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Initial experience in business analysis, PMO, consulting support or project coordination.

Ability to document meetings, requirements and open points clearly.

English business communication.

Ideally, you will also have

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Knowledge of Agile, Scrum or PMO basics.

Advanced Excel or PowerPoint skills.

Knowledge of French or German at a minimum C1 level is an additional advantage.
