We're looking for a Junior Project Manager ready to start their PM career at Miquido, working under the wing of a more experienced Project Manager. In this role you'll get hands-on experience coordinating small to mid-sized IT projects for Polish and international clients, building your skills in client communication, Agile delivery, and project documentation - with mentorship and support every step of the way.

Your responsibilities

• Overseeing 1-3 small to mid-sized IT projects for both Polish and international clients, under the guidance of a more experienced Project Manager
• Acting as a point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring effective communication and building positive working relationships
• Assisting in defining project requirements and preparing necessary documentation, including user stories and basic project plans
• Supporting the organization of project tasks and ensuring they align with Agile project methodologies, in collaboration with other team members
• Preparing project reports, updating project documentation, and supporting billing processes as neededRequirements1+ year of experience in project coordination or a related role in a Software House environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills in both Polish and English (minimum C1 level)

Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, and a strong willingness to learn more about best practices

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with IT project development / mobile (preferably) project development
• Previous experience working directly with clients, particularly in a cross-cultural or international setting
• Interest in IT development, software project management, and emerging tech
• Availability to work from our office in Kraków as required

• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentationA technical background or relevant experience in ITAI Enthusiast: hands-on experience with AI tools for productivity and a curiosity for innovations that make delivery smoother and smarter

• Step 1 - CV + video task. Please send your CV together with a short video. In the video, you'll answer 2 short questions (max. 5 minutes in total, any recording tool works, for example Loom or your phone). Once we receive your video, we'll review it and get back to you with feedback.
