Merisu is an Italian tiramisu concept inspired by the joy of freshly made dessert, warm hospitality, and the idea that great quality should always feel simple, authentic, and memorable.

Our tiramisu is prepared fresh on the spot, with a focus on taste, consistency, and a customer experience that feels special every time. We are a growing brand bringing the Merisu experience to Poland, and we are looking for a young, energetic, and highly motivated person to support the daily operations of our stores in Poznań, Wroclaw and Krakow

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Junior profile, ideally between 21 and 26 years old, who is dynamic, well-organized, enthusiastic, and ready to take responsibility in a fast-growing hospitality environment.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow with a brand, learn every day, and work closely with the team on the ground. A valid driving license and own car are strongly preferred, as the role may require mobility within Stores.

What you will do

• Support the daily operations of Merisu stores in Poznań, Wroclaw and Krakow working hand to hand with store supervisors and team members
• Monitor store standards, service quality, and product presentation.
• Help organize daily priorities and operational tasks.
• Check and manage stock levels, supplies, and operational needs
• Support shift scheduling and internal coordination
• Track basic KPIs and prepare simple operational reports.
• Solve small daily issues quickly and proactively.

What we expect

• Very good spoken and written English and Polish
• Italian is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, energy, and reliability
• Ability to work in a hands-on, practical environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Driving license and own car preferred
