Junior Accountant

The role is planned to be based in our future Gdańsk office. You will support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations while gaining exposure to how scalable accounting processes are developed and implemented., You will work closely with the Chief Accountant, SSC Manager, production sites, IT, and external advisors during the SSC setup and ERP onboarding. This role offers a strong learning environment and the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility as the organization grows., As the SSC expands, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of selected areas, and grow within the finance team., Please note that from January 2027, this role will become part of the Group Shared Service Center, which will centralize accounting operations for several group entities.
