WAREHOUSE WORKER / ORDER PICKER | €14.96/hour in Oberhausen, Germany

Job Opportunity for Students and not only!

Immediate start. Work in a modern online grocery warehouse (order picking and shipping).

Stable employment, valuable work experience, and excellent working conditions.

Location: Oberhausen, Germany

Accommodation: Up to 40 km from the warehouse

Contract: German employment contract, 3 to 9 months

Position:

• Order picking
• Stock replenishment
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Assigning products to the correct deliveries

Working Conditions:

• Physical work (walking and lifting)
• Dry goods area and cold storage (2–4.5°C)
• Work in varying conditions (cold, humidity)

Working Hours:

35–37 hours per week

Shifts:

• 06:00–14:30
• 14:30–23:00

Approximately 151.67 guaranteed working hours per month

Training:

1-day onboarding training

Requirements:

• English language skills (minimum A2)
• Willingness to perform physical work
• Driving licence (1 driver per pair)

Salary:

€14.96/hour gross

Approximately:

• €1,640 net (Tax Class 1)
• €1,780 net (Tax Class 3)

Accommodation:

• Standard fee: €14.00/day
• Drivers using a company car: €12.00/day
• Drivers with their own car transporting at least 3 people: €8.00/day (charged only on working days)

Bonuses:

• +25% overtime
• +50% Sundays
• +100% Public holidays
