🚀 The Opportunity

We’re hiring urgently on behalf of a leading global financial services organisation in Wrocław. You’ll join an engineering team building and modernising high-scale backend platforms that support critical business operations, combining cloud-native Azure services with a modern Java stack.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Engineer scalable, high-performing backend services with Java and Spring Boot
Design and expose RES

Tful APIs and integrate them across business-critical systems

Model and optimise data in PostgreSQL
Build cloud workflows using Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory
Own the delivery pipeline by contributing to CI/CD and DevOps improvements
Raise the quality bar through clean code, solid testing, and a focus on security and maintainability
Partner with product, QA, and engineering teams across locations
Diagnose and resolve production issues, and push for continuous improvement

✅ What You Bring

Strong, hands-on commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot
Solid track record building and integrating REST APIs
Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
An analytical, solution-oriented mindset
Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Fluent English
