Your responsibilities

• Logging and processing support calls
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
• Solving password problems
• Talking to computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
• Responding to breakdowns
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Maintaining records of software licences
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.

Our requirements

• IT technician (support / helpdesk)
• 3 -5 years of experience
• Experience in computers (laptops / desktops), servers, networking, switching, firewalls, backups, printers, scanners, phone systems, etc..
• Microsoft Windows 10 – 11
• Microsoft Windows Server upper 2022
• Microsoft Office 365 integrations
• Proactivity in problem solving
• Manage tasks with ticketing tools
• Efficient users service
• Willingness to occasionally work unsociable hours.

Optional

• Programming in different languages (VBA, .Net, C#, C, Phyton, SQL)
• Reporting tools
• Data base experience in Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge in some standard market ERPs.
