Position overviewWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot CRM Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for building HubSpot customizations and extensions that enable users to interact directly with the HubSpot CRM. Your role will involve supporting the day to day activities of business users in the production environment, helping teams troubleshoot daily issues, enhancing the system with new features, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and enrollment logic across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Configure and maintain lead and ticket routing logicBuild and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards to support sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve day to day CRM issues such as workflow failures, incorrect record assignments, and data discrepancies
- Manage the HubSpot UI, custom objects, custom properties, and object associations in line with the established data model
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to identify requirements and implement them in HubSpotRequirements3 to 5+ years of hands on HubSpot development experience in a live production environment (CRM, API)
Proven experience managing and maintaining complex HubSpot workflow automation, including large scale workflow libraries, enrollment logic, and branching conditions
- Experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, including pipelines, deals, lead management, contact lifecycle stages, and round robin assignment
- Experience with HubSpot Service Hub and Marketing Hub, including ticket management and helpdesk operations
- Hands on experience with HubSpot custom objects, custom properties, and association management
- Experience with HubSpot reporting and dashboards, including building, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports across CRM objects
- Familiarity with the HubSpot API for data retrieval, record updates, and integration troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to trace workflow logic and identify the root causes of unexpected CRM behavior
- Comfortable working independently in a fast moving environment with multiple active workstreams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and provide guidance to end usersNice to have
- Experience with third party CRM integrations, such as telephony, reservation systems, or similar platforms
- Experience working in a multi pipeline, multi team HubSpot environment
