HR Specialist (Recruitment & Operations) – French (m/k)

Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end recruitment processes (requisition validation, intake calls, sourcing strategy, job postings, candidate communication)

Manage employee lifecycle processes for Switzerland, including data updates in ERP systems and onboarding activities

Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support

Administer learning & development activities (LMS, training coordination, certification tracking)

Monitor time management data and support reporting, stakeholder coordination, and HR operations in line with SLA/KP

IsRequirements:1-3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination

Fluent French and English (spoken and written)

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in recruitment (direct sourcing, social media, recruitment platforms)

Basic knowledge of Swiss labour law

Nice to have recruitment experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
