About the roleWe are seeking a candidate to lead our cluster team in the full application lifecycle. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the stable and efficient development, enhancement, and operation of our IT systems, all while aligning with our architectural and compliance frameworks. You will be a key player in delivering measurable business value through consistent delivery performance, technical excellence, and fostering a culture of people's development across multiple locations.

How you will get the job doneplanning, coordinating, and executing the development, improvement, testing, and roll-out of applications within the cluster, adhering to defined architecture and quality standardsensuring the maintainability, stability, and operability of assigned applications and platforms while supporting troubleshooting and resolution of defects and operational incidentspromoting the use of standard tools, development frameworks, and architectural principles to enable cost-effective delivery and strategic alignmentcollaborating with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to balance technical feasibility with business requirementssupporting project delivery by ensuring resource availability, technical readiness, and smooth transitions into operationscontributing to the implementation of strategic technology and business initiatives within the cluster, ensuring compliance with IT security and data protection requirementsmanaging collaboration with external service providers and delivery teams to guarantee quality and efficiency in deliveryleading and developing cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative work culture and promoting continuous knowledge sharing

Skills and experience you will needfluency in English (C1)a university degree in insurance, business administration, mathematics, economics, business informatics, or computer scienceseveral years of experience in the technology and/or finance industry, ideally within an international environment, particularly in insurance or IT consultingstrong understanding of website technologies, content management systems (CMS), digital architectures, integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutionsstrong knowledge of IT applications and standards, with the ability to navigate interdependencies across systems and servicesproven experience in leading delivery teams with a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and team accountability, with flexibility for occasional travel excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating a service-oriented approach toward internal partnersexperience in vendor management Perks & BenefitsLet's be healthy
