Group Procurement & Logisitics Controller Support Procurement and Logistics through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, savings tracking, business case development, and KPI reporting. Partner with stakeholders to drive cost optimization and provide insights for strategic decision-making. We are hiring for three locations and are looking for one candidate in each: Warsaw, Lublin, and Bielsko-Biała.

Responsibilities:

Own the monthly reporting package for Procurement and Logistics – track results against budget and forecast, and tell the story behind the numbers Validate and report savings, connecting the deal pipeline to what actually lands in the P& L Build business cases and scenario models for purchasing and cost-optimization initiatives Provide analytical support for sourcing negotiations and key supplier decisions Drive the budgeting and forecasting process for Procurement – costs, savings targets, pricing and raw material assumptions Design and automate KPI dashboards in Power BI, cutting manual reporting work Prepare materials and track initiative status for SteerCo Our Requirements:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; This position follows a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

ACCA / CIMA / CFA / MBA a plus, not required 3–5+ years of experience in controlling / FP& A – procurement or supply chain background is not required, but a strong plus Advanced Excel skills (modeling, large data sets, Power Query); Power BI experience preferred Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP Fluent English (min.
