Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain backend services in Python using FastAPI, Starlette and similar technologies

7+ years of experience in Python backend development
Strong experience with authentication protocols: OIDC, SAML, JWT, SSO
Hands-on experience with MCP, RAG and Agentic AI
Strong software engineering background covering design, development, testing, deployment and production support
Knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles and design patterns
Experience designing robust and scalable APIs and microservices
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, caching and fault tolerance
Hands-on AWS cloud experience, including compute, networking and IAM
Experience with React, Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
Experience with Docker, CI/CD and GitHub Workflows
Experience with Terraform or Cloud

Formation

Knowledge of software quality practices, automated testing, code reviews and static analysis
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong problem-solving, communication and ownership skills
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work in a fast-moving Agentic AI environment
