Freight Forwarding Specialist

Wilson Logistics is launching a new business direction focused on international road transportation across Europe and is looking for a new specialist to join our team.

If you already have experience in European logistics, know how to find freight and carriers, can communicate effectively with clients, and want to grow together with a new project — we would be happy to meet you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Search for and organize international road transportation across Europe;
• Work with TIMOCOM, Trans.eu and Teleroute;
• Find and work with carriers and owner-operators;
• Negotiate freight rates and transportation terms;
• Communicate with clients and carriers;
• Monitor shipments from loading to final delivery;
• Handle transportation documents and day-to-day operational matters;
• Maintain and develop a database of clients and carriers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in European logistics / freight forwarding;
• Good understanding of the European road freight market;
• Experience working with freight exchange platforms is an advantage;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Responsibility and ability to work independently;
• Motivation to develop a career in international logistics.

Experience with Van / LCV vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes will be a strong advantage.
