For our Client, an international manufacturing and trading organization with a well-developed presence in the EMEA region, we are seeking a candidate for the position of FP&A Manager. The role will involve close collaboration with the company's headquarters in operational and design areas. The company is headquartered in Krakow.

Requirements

min. 10 years of an experience within FP&A departments,

commercial finance acumen, with a preference for manufacturing or industry with revenue stream operations,

preferably working towards professional finance qualifications (ACCA, CIMA),

p rior experience in FP&A preferable, including experience with operational planning, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, scenario analysis and modelling,

fluent English proficiency,

experience working with large/complex datasets to run analysis and create reports,

ability to work with senior management and stakeholders in a company's headquarters, providing recommendations and explaining financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

produce standard and ad hoc reports, incl. variance analysis and relevant, insightful and accurate commentary,

m onitor performance and provide regular insight into the drivers of performance, highlighting opportunities to maximize growth,

provide day-to-day decision support activities, financial management and analytics to understand and drive business performance, as well as to support decision-making,

c onduct scenario analysis and modelling using data visualization tools to support business decisions,

c reate, maintain and consolidate dashboards and standard management reporting packs,

a ct in a leading role for the division, supported by the VP Finance of the division, for budget and forecasting processes as well as monthly management reporting requirements, to ensure quality deliverables are available promptly,

identify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements in processes, systems and procedures,

build a strong working relationship with regional finance directors and regional FP&A team members, as well as key Group Finance team members,

support internal and external audit queries and other teams, such as sales and production.
