Financial Planning & Reporting Manager

In this role you will design, embed, and run an integrated financial governance and planning framework that connects strategy, planning, forecasting, reporting, and value creation across Heineken Global Busienss Control and Operating Companies. Your responsibilities would include: operationalize new Strategic Planning cycle: define and implement a top down HNV financial model, completed with bottom-up inputs from selected OpCos.re-design and operationalize new Annual Planning cycle: align Annual Planning process to the new Strategic Planning cycle, including the Green Diamond. Develop and implement required tooling and change management to Regions, Global Functions and OpCosfurther develop Rolling Forecast aligned to the new governance cycle and Green Diamond, incorporating efficiency improvementsproduct Owner Management Reporting: drive the Management Reporting functional agenda to incorporate the new governance cycle and Green Diamondincrease standardization, consistency, quality and user experienceorganize and manage product delivery by MR and MI Office teamsimplement Economic Profit review: define and implement Economic Profit driver model for OpCos and HNV, in close collaboration with Corporate Development. Perform periodic OpCo business valuation and support impairment testing. You are a good candidate if you have: education: University level, finance degree preferredwork experience: 10–12 yearsrequired experience: valuation and financial modelling, systems and reporting in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or consultancy firmother expertise: Business Controlfunctional skills: finance and accounting knowledge, IT systems, Microsoft Office, industry trends, accounting, Agile project managementfull professional proficiency in English.#LI-hybrid At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
