What you’ll be doing:

Working as part of our Finance Team in daily tasks (e.g. invoicing, payments, accounting, documentation, etc.)

Analyzing costs, sales figures, and actual company results in relation to budget and forecasts

• Supporting the preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts
• Supporting the CFO in reporting to stakeholders and in financial reporting
• Monitoring daily financial operations, tracking the company's financial situation and results, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of accounting data
• Developing performance analysis by creating KPIs and tracking key metrics across different departments and product groups
• Implementing improvements to metrics and reporting processes
• Coordinating cooperation with outsourced accounting offices in Enxoo's international entities (outside Poland), gaining exposure to cross-border financial operations
• What you’ll need: 3-5 years of professional experience in an internal accounting department or an accounting office, ideally including exposure to international or cross-border operations
• Experience with reporting and analysis
• Good command of MS Office (especially Excel); Qlik Sense will be an additional advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Attention to detail and good organization of workFluent English (C1+), both written and spoken - required for daily coordination with international teams
• Fluency in Polish
