Employer Branding Specialist

For an international manufacturing client, Adecco is looking for an Employer Branding & Project Manager to support Employer Branding initiatives across Poland. In this role, you will coordinate local EB activities, translate global guidelines into regional execution, and work closely with global and local stakeholders. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation for social media and other candidate touchpoints. You will collaborate with the Global Employer Branding Team, Talent Acquisition, People Leads, and local factory teams. Employer Branding Specialist Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all EB activities across Poland and the Baltics, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's global EB strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Employer Branding Team,
• Partner with local TA, People Leads, and factory teams, including the plant in Lithuania, to plan and execute EB activities.
• Co-create the local EB strategy, develop implementation plans, and monitor progress toward agreed Employer Branding goals across all factories.
• Create, adapt, and approve EB content for social media, preparing posts, graphics, and videos either independently or in cooperation with external agencies.
• Use your private LinkedIn profile to share and promote EB content, increasing reach and visibility in line with common market practice.
• Establish and manage a local EB ambassador program, including defining program rules, training ambassadors, and maintaining regular communication with them.
• Develop consistent Key Visuals and candidate-facing materials, defining actions to build brand identity and achieve recruitment KPIs in the region.
• Enhance the local career page, document EB processes, standardize tools and communication, and serve as the main Point of Contact for EB questions. Skills:
• Around 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a focus on Employer Branding activities and projects.
• Strong personal focus and interest in Employer Branding topics.
• Communicative English in speaking and writing, sufficient to cooperate with a Global Team and independently prepare posts in English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams, stakeholders, and management levels across different locations.
• Proven ability to create engaging written content,
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva and Cup Cup, or motivation to quickly learn similar applications for preparing graphics and simple videos.
• High level of motivation and enthusiasm for Employer Branding, including openness to sharing and promoting content on your LinkedIn profile.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once What employer offers:
