Your responsibilities

  • Working closely with Product Development teams to design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Building and maintaining infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code principles in accordance with best practices and internal standards.
  • Collaborating with development teams to define and measure SLOs/SLIs for applications and services.
  • Contributing to the development of standardized solution blueprints for infrastructure and deployment practices.
  • Ensuring systems complied with required security and compliance standards.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting production environments to maintain high availability and performance.
  • Supporting application modernization initiatives, including containerization and migration to cloud-native architectures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and promote the adoption of best practices in security, observability, and infrastructure management.

Our requirements

  • Strong background in cloud and infrastructure engineering, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operating scalable cloud environments.
  • Proven experience working with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, as well as VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Solid understanding of cloud cost modelling, financial optimization, and strategies for improving cloud service efficiency.
  • Proficient in CI/CD practices and tools, including GitHub and Azure DevOps, with expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Software Supply Chain security principles, including SAST, SCA, and pipeline security controls (e.g., Snyk).
  • Practical experience in software development environments and effective collaboration with engineering and development teams.
  • Familiarity with modern observability practices and tools, including New Relic and OpenTelemetry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-oriented discussions with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration mindset with a focus on enabling teams, streamlining developer workflows, and improving engineering productivity.
  • Good understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks, including NIST-800, CIS, and SOC 2.
