Your responsibilities
- Manage the complete deal lifecycle, from opportunity creation and quoting through internal approvals and contract execution.
- Review deals against pricing policies, discount limits and commercial guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete deal information in Salesforce to support reliable forecasting and booking processes.
- Coordinate required approvals and follow up with relevant stakeholders to prevent delays.

- Support Sales enablement by sharing guidance and best practices related to deal management.
- Act as a point of contact for Sales when questions or issues arise during the deal process.
- Maintain and update pricing documentation, approval workflows and contract templates.
- Monitor key deal management metrics, including processing times, approval rates and pricing compliance.
- Identify recurring process issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Participate in process and system improvement initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing of Salesforce enhancements.
Our requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Management, Sales Operations or Sales Support.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including quoting and approval workflows.
- Experience with CPQ solutions.
- Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business environment.
- Good understanding of standard commercial terms and the ability to review contracts carefully.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales while maintaining commercial policies and guidelines.
- Good judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities, make decisions and take initiative.
- High attention to detail and proven accuracy when handling high volumes of transactions, particularly during quarter-end periods.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple EMEA countries and time zones.
