Automatically.) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate its potential for the business world.‍Having such great solutions, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our brave and brilliant Business Development Team.‍What will you do on a daily basis?

Work with Synerise's ever-evolving data platform, enhanced by AI.

Turn complex data into clear insights through advanced analyses, reports, and dashboards.

Translate data findings into practical conclusions and recommendations based on real use cases.

Ensure high quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analyses.

Suggest improvements and new analytical capabilities to support platform development.

Prepare insights and actively participate in meetings with key customers.

Cooperate with internal teams: Customer Success & Implementation, Product Development, Marketing and Business Development.

What will make us a perfect match?

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analytics.

Experience with the Synerise platform or a similar tool, or prior exposure to such platforms from the client side.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data and extract actionable insights.

Knowledge of web analytics.

Very good knowledge and experience in MS Excel.

The ability to infer and synthesize data, the ability to combine data from various sources - knowledge of Power Query, Power BI.

The ability to tell stories with data, making insights accessible to non-technical teams.

Teamwork skills, the ability to easily establish relations, and motivate others to collaborate.

Time management skills, completing projects and tasks within deadlines, accuracy, curiosity, and perceptiveness.

Ability to prioritize tasks and find solutions.

Higher technical education, preferably in computer science, cognitive science, statistics, or mathematics.

Motivation to develop yourself and acquire new knowledge.

Fluency in Polish (C2) and English (C1).

What will convince us even more? Prior exposure to working with external clients would be a strong asset.

Basic programming skills in languages like Python or R to automate tasks and perform advanced data analysis.

Experience in data cleaning and pre-processing techniques to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Knowledge of the statistical analysis.

Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
