D365 Technical Support (Partly in Paris)

The office is located in Paris, France.

Ideal candidate would be the one to relocate to Paris. Some hybrid mode could be established (1-2 weeks in Paris, 1-3 months in Poland)

Within the IT Department, the D365 Technical Support & Integration Specialist provides functional and technicalsupport for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications while ensuring the monitoring, control, and optimization of dataexchange flows between Dynamics 365 and other information system applications.

The role supports end users in the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, contributing to the application'soperational stability, and reporting enhancement requests and system issues to the project team. The positionensures service continuity, data quality, and user satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESD365 application Support

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualify, analyze, and resolve incidents.

Manage service requests and application enhancements.

Support end users in their day-to-day use of the ERP system.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Create and maintain functional documentation.

Deliver user training when required.

Functional Administration

Configure selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 features.

Manage users, security roles, permissions, and licenses.

Participate in system upgrades and release deployments.

Test new features and functionalities.

Ensure data quality and consistency.

Continuous Improvement

Identify, document, and communicate opportunities to improve business processes.

Participate in ERP enhancement projects.

Take part in business workshops with functional teams.

Testing, Deployment & Environment Management

Participate in functional testing phases (UAT and pre-production) before production deployment.

Manage user access and data across the different environments.

Operational Monitoring

Ensure effective communication and follow-up of business requests.

Monitor integration and data exchange flows between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business applications.

Act as the internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 reference for all business functions.

• QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Bachelor +3 to Master +5 equivalent) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information System.

Experience

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Proven experience providing end-user support.

Experience with application integration and inter-system data flows is an advantage.

Technical skills

Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.

Good understanding of ERP environments and business processes.

Basic knowledge of integrations (APIs, interfaces, middleware, data flows).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to write and maintain functional documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and basic French.

Team player with a strong service orientation.

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and methodical.

Hire process: get to know meeting in Polish followed by a second one, technical oriented within 2 weeks period. Brief English conversation is possible in order to estimate the skills.
