Your responsibilities

Collaborating with global teams on cryptographic services and CLM processes
Supporting TLS/SSL certificate and SSH key management processes
Troubleshooting certificate generation issues and connectivity problems between Venafi TPP and target servers
Identifying process gaps and potential risks and proposing appropriate improvements
Coordinating change implementation in cooperation with vendors and internal IT teams

Providing cryptography-related consultancy and technical support to internal customers globally
Handling urgent production issues and supporting the team in resolving complex cases
Preparing reports, analyzing data, and continuously improving data quality
Processing requests in ServiceNow in line with agreed SLAs

Our requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Cryptography, IT Security, or a related area
Hands-on experience with Venafi or TLS/SSH certificate and key management processes
Good understanding of TLS/SSL, SSH, and IT infrastructure
Knowledge of Python scripting and SQL/MySQL
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Change Management and working with global IT teams and stakeholders
Very good command of English, with strong communication and documentation skills
