Job Summary We’re looking for a Creative Artworker to join OP Warsaw, producing accurate, high‑quality artwork across digital, social, print, and integrated campaign outputs. Working closely with designers, motion teams, producers, and creative leads, you will ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and production standards. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong technical artwork skills, and a passion for delivering pixel‑perfect final outputs. Responsibilities Create, adapt, and finalise artwork across digital, social, print, and OOH formats. Ensure artwork files meet all technical specifications and production requirements. Version, resize, and localise campaign assets across multiple formats and markets. Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into accurate production‑ready artwork. Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and QC standards. Prepare print‑ready files including bleed, colour profiles, and export settings. Support designers by producing layout refinements, retouching, and mechanical artwork. Ensure consistent file naming, organisation, and version control across all deliverables. Quality‑check outputs to ensure pixel‑perfect accuracy and consistency. Requirements Experience as an Artworker or Creative Artworker within an agency, studio, or production environment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Excellent technical understanding of artwork production across print and digital.

High attention to detail and ability to deliver error‑free files. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand systems. Ability to work efficiently across multiple deadlines and formats. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers and producers. Experience with retouching, colour correction, or animation prep is a bonus. What we offer:
