Construction Sales Specialist

We are looking for a: Construction Sales Specialist

Location: Bytyń, Stalowa 2Employment Type: Full-time employment contract (Umowa o pracę)

Your responsibilities:

Acquiring new customers, Maintaining relationships with existing business partners, including possible domestic and international travel, Preparing commercial offers, Negotiating contracts and commercial terms, Achieving sales targets, Proposing initiatives to improve sales performance, Customer service (complaints, feedback, and inquiries),Issuing invoices, Preparing reports and analyses, Monitoring market conditions.

Our requirements:

Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the steel industry and/or construction industry, English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, Well-developed sales and negotiation skills, Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables),Category B driving licence and willingness to travel for business purposes, Ability to work independently combined with openness to teamwork, Good organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset, We are looking for a motivated person willing to develop professionally, Strong communication skills, both in customer relations and teamwork.

What we offer:

Full-time employment contract, On-site work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,Immediate employment in a growing international company.
