At Toyota Motor Europe, the R& D4 Privacy & Compliance Team plays a pivotal role in enabling secure, compliant, and trusted connected and software-defined vehicle solutions. We partner closely with R& D connected engineering teams, IT, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure that privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements are embedded into products and services from concept through deployment.

Our mission is to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical engineering processes and controls, supporting the development of innovative mobility solutions while safeguarding customer trust. The team coordinates privacy-by-design activities, regulatory compliance programs and cross-functional risk management across the vehicle and digital ecosystem.

As the regulatory landscape continues to evolve, including areas such as software compliance, data protection and digital regulations, our team serves as a trusted advisor to engineering and business stakeholders. Role Summary:

We would like to invite you to join the adventure of expanding TME PL branch in the Toyota Digital HUB in Wrocław.

The Senior Specialist / Technical Lead is a key member of the R& D4 Privacy & Compliance Team, serving as the bridge between regulatory requirements and technical implementation. As the team's technical expert, the successful candidate will maintain a holistic understanding of end-to-end system architectures, data flows, interfaces, and technology landscapes across vehicle and digital ecosystems. They will support compliance assessments, incident investigations, risk management activities, and design reviews by providing expert guidance on technical solutions that align with regulatory obligations and business objectives.

Working closely with engineering, IT& D, legal, compliance, cybersecurity and business stakeholders, the Senior Specialist / Technical Lead will help drive Privacy by Design, support regulatory readiness, and enable teams to deliver innovative products and services in a compliant and trustworthy manner

What we can offer you:

• Depending on the candidate’s skills and experience, the base salary for this position will be in the range of PLN 18 000- 25 000 gross per month under a permanent employment contract (employment contract/UoP).
