Build the AI platform that will power enterprise-scale transformationWe’re looking for an experienced Cloud AI Platform Tech Lead to join a strategic AI transformation program in one of Poland’s largest enterprise environments.

This is not just another AI project.

You’ll help design and scale an enterprise-grade AI platform that will enable teams across the organization to build and adopt Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG solutions and AI-assisted software engineering at scale.

You’ll have a real impact on architecture, engineering standards, security, governance and the technology strategy behind the platform.

What you’ll doLead the technical development of an enterprise AI platform.

Define and evolve architecture, technology, security and operational standards.

Design and implement solutions based on GenAI, LLMs, RAG and AI agents.

Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Cloud, Security, Governance and Engineering teams.

Lead architecture reviews and drive technical alignment across teams.

Mentor platform engineers and help establish strong engineering practices.

Build and promote DevOps, MLOps, Observability and FinOps capabilities.

Take AI initiatives from PoC to production.

Enable the adoption of AI across software engineering and platform services.

What we’re looking forMust have:8+ years of IT experience.3+ years in a Tech Lead, Solution Architect or similar technical leadership role.

Proven experience designing and building AI platforms in large-scale enterprise environments.

Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.

Strong knowledge of Azure AI Search and experience with Azure Machine Learning.

Experience with Azure API Management.

Expert knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.

Strong expertise in AKS and container technologies.

Experience establishing DevOps and MLOps operating models.

Practical experience with LLMs, RAG and AI agents.

Experience defining security, governance, observability and FinOps standards.

Strong communication skills in English.

Ability to work from Poland and join a hybrid model with regular presence in Warsaw.

Experience with:

Google Vertex AIAWS Bedrock

Microsoft Copilot Studio
Agentic AI frameworks and patterns
Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Azure Content SafetyAI Governance frameworks

DORA, GDPR and EU AI Act requirements
Banking, insurance or other financial services environments
Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate or CKA are also welcome.
