🏢 Work model: Fully remote, ONLY IN POLAND, with occasional presence in the Warsaw Hub

Recruitment process: Held in English, 2-stage online meeting.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Analytics Consultant to support data-driven planning and decision-making across global clinical development programs.

The consultant will leverage historical clinical trial data, advanced statistical methods, and predictive analytics to provide actionable insights related to country selection, patient recruitment, site allocation, and study feasibility.

This consultant must possess strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience working with clinical trial data, and proven expertise in modern analytics platforms and tools, including Databricks, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel.

He/she should be able to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support clinical trial planning, recruitment forecasting, feasibility assessments, and strategic decision-making.
