Client Success Manager

Profile

EBRAND is looking for a communicative and analytical professional with a passion for client relations, digital research and online brand protection. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an international environment, building long-term client relationships and using data and online intelligence to support effective brand protection strategies.

This role combines client success, project coordination and digital analysis to help international clients protect their intellectual property rights across online platforms and digital channels.

Your responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients in English and German or Spanish.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Identify client needs and develop tailored brand protection strategies.
• Analyze online data, websites, marketplaces and digital channels to detect potential infringements.
• Identify counterfeit activity, unauthorized brand use and intellectual property violations.
• Prepare reports and present findings based on collected digital intelligence.
• Coordinate and manage client projects using EBRAND’s proprietary platform.
• Work closely with legal and analytical teams to deliver effective client solutions.
• Support clients with strategic recommendations and ongoing account management.
• Continuously improve workflows, reporting quality and operational efficiency.

Your profile

• Fluent English and German or Spanish required (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret online data and digital information.
• Comfortable working with internet research, online investigations and data analysis.
• Structured, proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Experience in customer service, client success, account management or project coordination is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Open

Office.

• Interest or experience in brand protection, intellectual property or digital investigations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Based in or near Białystok, Poland preferred.
