CIF Stream Lead

We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager to take full ownership of our Contract-to-IT Asset Mapping workstream in a highly regulated enterprise setting. In this leadership role, you will define the mapping methodology, lead cross-functional workshops, and oversee data integrity across applications, vendor contracts, and IT infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between IT, Procurement, and Business leadership while mentoring junior team members and ensuring audit-ready deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead and manage the contract-to-IT asset mapping stream, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and quality gates.

Establish, standardize, and govern the mapping methodology, taxonomy, and validation frameworks across all IT domains.

Oversee the end-to-end reconciliation of contracts against application ecosystems, services, and underlying infrastructure.

Plan and facilitate high-impact alignment sessions with key leaders across Business, Vendor Management, Procurement, and IT.

Serve as the primary point of contact for stream status, presenting consolidated progress reports and executive dashboards to project leadership.

Proactively manage stream dependencies, resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks, and mitigate project risks.

Lead challenge sessions and data quality reviews to ensure rigorous compliance with regulatory standards.

Guide, review, and upskill junior consultants and analysts assigned to data collection, inventory management, and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Professional Background: 6+ years in management/IT consulting, vendor management, or enterprise IT governance, with proven experience leading project workstreams or teams.

Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes (infrastructure, cloud services, software licensing) coupled with experience operating in regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare).

Leadership & Facilitation: Advanced stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills; proven ability to drive consensus among conflicting business and technical priorities.

Analytical Expertise: Exceptional data governance standards, sharp analytical problem-solving skills, and a strong eye for risk identification and process control.
