Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Workshop SupportCo-facilitate alignment workshops and interviews with key business, procurement, and IT stakeholders.

Capture business requirements, track follow-up action items, and maintain project dependency logs.

Translate complex data relationships into clear executive summaries, status updates, and reporting decks.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

Work alongside Senior Consultants and Workstream Leads to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Support audit-readiness and compliance efforts by verifying contract scope against operational IT usage.

Qualifications & Profile

Experience: ~4 years of background in management consulting, business analysis, project support, or a related corporate function.

Technical & Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex lookups, pivot tables, data structuring, index/match) and a solid grasp of fundamental IT environments and software architecture.

Communication: Business-fluent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills for liaising across IT and business units.

Execution Style: Highly structured, proactive, and rigorous regarding data quality, precision, and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have)

Background in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.
