We’re looking for a Catalog Operations Manager to own the ongoing health and quality of this catalog, ensuring that venue information remains accurate, complete, fresh and continuously improving as we scale.

This is a hands-on operational role with a strong analytical and systems mindset. You’ll bring structure to an important and fast-evolving area, set priorities, coordinate improvement work and increasingly use AI and automation to make the way we maintain venue data more scalable.

You’ll lead a small team and work closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, SEO and client-facing teams.

This is a fully remote role reporting directly to the Product Operations Manager.⭐ What You'll DoOwn catalog quality, ensuring venue information stays accurate, complete and fresh through clear processes and KPIs.

Maintain and evolve catalog-quality standards as our portfolio and business needs change.

Analyse recurring quality issues and prioritise improvements based on their scale and importance.

Improve how venue information is collected, refreshed and validated.

Find more scalable ways of working, using better processes, automation, AI and external data where useful.

Coordinate catalog improvement projects across teams, working with Product and Engineering where product or technical changes are needed.

Lead a small Catalog Operations team, organising priorities and supporting effective execution.⭐ What We're Looking ForMust-haves3+ years of experience in business operations, marketplace operations, process improvement or a similar role.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous work.

A strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.

Hands-on experience using AI or automation to improve a process, workflow or operational problem, with examples of something you have built, implemented or shipped.

Comfort working across teams and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with BI tools, SQL or large datasets.

Experience in a marketplace, platform or catalog/content environment.
